WTF Is It Now? Poll Time

Having had a few hours to take in Four-Star Ass-Kicking General Petraeus's testimony and subsequent media slobberfest, how would you say the war in Iraq is going?

    My son's unit relieved part of Petraeus' 101st Airborne and their "ride along" to learn the turf consisted of watching his men get drunk and drive around shooting dogs. Yeah, I'm real impressed.

    I've never understood how the neo-cons can get away with accusing the democrats of playing politics with the troops when they propose withdrawl, while the GOP is pulling out all of the stops to keep the troops in iraq for the 08 elections.

    I also dont understand why the Democrats fell for the trap.
