What a Spooge Bucket

Andy Card clears up a few misconceptions about former dictatortot Chimpy McSquinty.

Andy Card, the former chief of staff to President George W. Bush, said Thursday that the public was plagued by misconceptions about the former president, particularly in regards to his intelligence and openness to information.
"First off, President Bush does know how to read."
He probably knows how to wipe his own ass too. What a big boy he is. Glad to have THAT cleared up.

Sounds like they kept the bar really high for W at the WH.
I notice that AC did NOT mention anything about W being able to audibly string together 3 or more coherent sentences...too easy to call 'bullshit' on that. Whereas claiming that a person ".. is very well-read,” and that W "...received information from a lot of people, not just Dick Cheney.” are statements that are hard to prove OR dispute, so many people just can't help but assume (wrongly) that a POTUS MUST be a 'smart guy' and W gets by on the tie.

Anyway, the day I believe a PAID Republican spokesman's statements about anything, you can hang my stocking on the mantle.
