Disgraceful

Via fark.com: If you commit a felony, using the "I didn't know it was against the law" defense won't work. Unless you are a Supreme Court Justice. Then it works great.

Clarence Thomas, a fucking Supreme Court Justice, breaks a federal law that got Bill Clinton and Martha Stewart in deep hoohah and would get any other person in this country thrown in the fucking slammer. But he'll get off scot-free because he's Clarence Fucking Thomas.

Thomas' behavior raises three obvious questions, the answers to which are all inter-related: Why is it likely that no consequences will be visited on a Supreme Court justice who has committed a series of criminal offenses? Why is this story not a full-blown scandal?
And why is Thomas such an insufferable prick and still has yet to be shown his fucking ass on a platter?

You're right Maru - - Thomas won't hear jack about this, unfortunately. He's one of the 2 or 3 Repuke's token-blacks, and they busted a nut finding even a damaged-goods black like him who they could hold up and say 'look at how compassionate about equal-rights we are!' (after fighting it the last 50 yrs, including now). I still have to chuckle when I recall reading that GH Bush claimed that Clarence Thomas was 'the best justice available' - - - easy to see where "W" inherited his 'respect' for the truth that has come to serve this country so well...

You think the GOP can whip out the victim card faster than Larry Craig can tap out a c'mon in a stall you would see how fast they would play the race card, and I bet they have a whole deck with 52 of 'em.
