Good news, all. Dodd opposed it claiming it's illegal, because Chimpy McFecalMatter withdrew the nomination. It's going to court. Even if McFece wins, Fox ain't goin nowhere till the case winds its way through the courts. At least that's what I think. Heh.
It's true. He waited for Congress to leave town for Easter and gave the jerk a recess appointment.
