'Veteran Democratic congressman Tom Lantos on Tuesday took aim at the Bush misadministration for "serious misconduct" in its "abysmal" attempt to rebuild violence-shattered Iraq.'

Yeah, but the new $592 million, 104-acre US embassy being built on prime real estate in Baghdad is going beautifully!
