While spending $10 billion a month on hiswar of choice in occupation of Iraq, Pretzeldunce Smirky O'Fucktard has threatened veto any reauthorization of the kids health insurance program that goes beyond an increase of $5 billion over five years, the cost of two fucking weeks in Iraq because it's socialized medicine, or some bullshit like that.
