Yeah, I heard W giving his prayers to the California residents. He's running so fucking scared of another Katrina episode that he probably said that when someone's barbecue fire flared. And of course this is a lot of RICH people loosing their homes, so that makes them worthy victims, unlike the poor blacks in New Orleans.
