US drops plan to force diplomats to go to their deaths

The State Department is dropping plans to force diplomats to serve in Iraq because "volunteers" have filled all vacant positions at the US Embassy in Baghdad and in outlying provinces. Their families will be taken off the no-fly/terrist watch lists when their terms of service are up.
