Racist, drunken adulter Chuck Rosenthal is under investigation for incompetence, official misconduct and perjury and may also be charged with obstruction of justice for deleting thousands of e-mails that investigators asked for in his un-civil rights case.

I think the only thing he hasn't been charged with is murdering a minor after raping him and eating his puppy. That we know of.
