Oil's Well that Ends Well

Brazil may have discovered a huge oil field, possibly the largest discovered in decades. Darth Cheney designates Brazil as a rouge, terrorist haven and newest member of the axis of evil.

    The size of the reserve is very questionable and given the depth of he water this is not oil that can be easily extracted.
