Right-on Maru, but that's a horrible insult within Repuke circles -- that 'telling the truth' stuff !! It means your weak/naive/duped/ egg-headed/effete intellectual...NOT a 'real leader' like "W", or Saint Ronny, or "H" Bush, or Nixon, who were all able to lie convincingly (at least enough to fool enough of the American Sheeple to get elected, and in most cases RE-Elected!) in support of their plutocratic benefactors.
