I'm glad the conservatives on the court who wrote the majority opinion DON'T believe in 'judicial activism' which they and their Federalist Society buddies constantly railed about -- when they were out-of-power. Now they're in-power, it's payback time, so throw the gun-nuts a bone (and change 150+yrs of judicial precedents), cause it's sure not going to bother Scalia, Thomas, Roberts, et al (who don't live in high-crime neighborhoods and have security to protect themselves, be it government-supplied or private). Just what we need, as the US economic system starts going down the tubes and more people become more desperate and disturbed...
