Besides, the first half of the joke was funny (Rush missing the plane because he was stoned on Oxycontin), although the kidney failure part fell kind of flat. Of course, what would have been truly dead-on would have also been way too blunt for that venue, like hoping Rush chokes to death on some Central American child prostitute's cock.
