Yeah but she can almost see Russia from there and that's kinda like traveling there, doncha y'know, so that's why she needs the travel expenses! (Hey, if the Reich-wingers can believe that W was a decent president -- in spite of getting caught in a major war-provoking lie and tanking the economy -- every subsequent irrationality pretty much comes easily)
