"This Court will not interfere in internal military affairs nor be used as a tool by military officers to avoid deployment. The Court has a word for such a refusal to follow the orders of the President of the United States, but it will leave the issue to the military to resolve," the judge wrote.
A firing squad is in order here. Not for the office...for Taintz. I am not too sure this judge isn't ready to decree just such a measure if she comes back to that court.
ReplyDeleteI don't know that I would characterize it as a 'brutal' ruling like the article did - - it's just a TRUTHFUL, appropriate response to an ENTIRELY frivolous lawsuit (you know, those kind of lawsuits the Repukes are ALWAYS trying to stop when it involves a poor person suing a rich person).
