Hi guys, I'm still here. I hope you haven't given up on me! Last week the BF got very sick. He's in the hospital now with cirrhosis of the liver. We don't know yet how much damage there is, but he's yellower than a goddamn grapefruit and very weak. They're trying to keep him stabilized. I hope to have some better news and get back to you all soon.

Forgive me if I'm reading too much into this, but the fact that you're still quiet leads me to suspect that the result of the CT scan or biopsy or whatever was not partcularly encouraging.
