Bush lied, Americans continue to die
Inside the Bush administration, where top officials resolutely emphasize postwar progress in Iraq while playing down the setbacks, the rising American death toll and the increasing number of attacks on U.S. troops is causing increasing worry.

Though the deaths of US troops are considered “militarily insignificant,” officials are starting to fear the potential diplomatic and political fallout - except for Rummy, who thinks most Americans will, like the whore media, just lie there and hum. - pMSNBC.
