Grand Ostrich Party blocking weapons probe
From an editorial in the Palm Beach Post:

Chickensh*t, lying "Republicans are not eager to find out what the Bush administration knew, and whether it really knew it, about Iraq's weapons of mass destruction. They stiff-armed Democrats' call for a full investigation of prewar intelligence and its use.

'British Prime Minister Tony Blair, who was much more forthcoming with intelligence -- and therefore more credible -- than his U.S. counterparts before the war, is cooperating with a parliamentary inquiry. He has admitted that what's known as the "dodgy dossier" he issued in February was a mishmash of old, public and doubtful information. When the inquiry ends, whatever it concludes, Britain's position will be all the more credible for it.

"Polls show the U.S. sheep public is content with a tyrant toppled {Ed.: regime change begins at home...} and dismisses the rationale as "whatever." But only two of 23 "whereas" clauses in the resolution authorizing the war cited Saddam Hussein's domestic tyranny.

"Nine clauses relied on intelligence that has been labeled by knowledgeable sources as erroneous, misinterpreted or cooked. Members who voted for war ought to be curious about which was which."

"The weapons have to be there somewhere -
our manly leader said they were!"
