Halliburton has agreed to pay $6 million to settle a series of shareholder lawsuits that alleged questionable accounting practices while the company was being run by Dick 'Chicanery' Cheney.
Dick 'dick' Cheney ran Halliburton between 1995 and 2000 before quitting to run for vice-president. During his time at the company he won substantial government contracts. He left with a $36m package, and is still getting paid by his 'former' company. Which is still getting lucrative government contracts.
