Democrats denied trip to Iraq
Returning from a trip to Iraq and Afghanistan, a group of Senate republicans said the Bush misadministration deserves a lot more credit, and the public should believe everything we're told by them, because they wouldn't be engaging in any partisan cheerleading or anything. Hell no.

Meanwhile, several Senate Democrats complained that they were denied access to a plane for a inspection tour of their own.

"For whatever reason, Sens. [Chris] Dodd [D-Conn.] and others who requested the opportunity to travel were prohibited from doing so, and I think that requires a better explanation that the one I’ve been given so far,” the charming but supine Tom 'Isadora' Daschle said. He added: “We have to assume that what [Republican senators] saw is accurate.”

"Now if you'll excuse me, I'm late for my asskissing appointment with Master Rove."
For petessake, Tom. Get a damn grip.
