The world is no safer now than it was three years ago, UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan said on Wednesday, countering the lying feeb's claims he had made the world a safer place.
Annan also blasted a Bush misadministration decision to withhold $34 million from the UN Population Fund, saying the agency was saving women's lives.
"Now watch this drive."
