Rethug governor gives fitness promotion job to lobbyist pal's wife
"At Gov. Rick Perry's request, state health officials reportedly have created a $40,000 fitness promotion job for the wife of a top-dollar lobbyist with close ties to the governor. According to an employment document created Wednesday, Martha "Marty" McCartt began directing Perry's physical fitness brainchild, the annual Texas Round-up festival."
