Here, let me help, you stupid fucking asshat: Berger pled guilty to a misdemeanor. Libby was indicted on criminal felony charges by a grand jury, and was found guilty on four of five counts: two counts of perjury, one of obstruction of justice, and one of making false statements to federal investigators. You Christless fucking asstool.
The thing is, asshats like Hannity go for the idiot fix: they know their readers will not look up the FACTS. So they supply the fast dirty smear and never expect to get called upon it. There is a reason Republicans don't spend on education...they WANT the populace too stupid to think through their bullshit.
