The tree guy called - he couldn't make it today, so he'll be over next weekend.
Picked our first tomatos of the season today! An Early Girl, and a yellow variety of cherry tomato - sweet!!
Also in the veggie garden: the okra is ready to flower, there are 3 small melons, loads of eggplant, and pickling cucumbers (cornichons). The BF just harvested turnips, beets, broccoli, scallions 'n' carrots.
