Rejecting criticism that the misadministration failed to prepare for the post-war occupation, US Defense Secretary/centerfold pin-up Donald Rumsfeld has suggested that no plan could have anticipated the conditions confronting US forces.
"You couldn't know how it would end," Rumsfeld lied in an interview with The New York Times published Monday. Yeah, you couldn't know that sitting around with flags up your ass while rioting and looting went on would just encourage more of the same...
The Pentagon did have a detailed plan for the post-war rehabilitation of Iraq. They just f*cked up, then lied about it.
