A "little-noticed provision" in the new 'n' improved Patriot Act would allow the Bush misadministration to charge people as "disruptors" for protesting at presidential appearances. Charged, and jailed for the crime of "disruptive behavior."

The brownshirted goons Secret Service would also be empowered to charge persons with "breaching security" and for "entering a restricted area" "where the President will be temporarily visiting."

So how far away will the "1st Amendment Zones" be now?
