Repub candidate allegedly kills himself after being arrested on sexual assault charges.
Kane County IL candidate Brent Schepp, arrested last Friday and charged with sexual assault of two teenage girls, slammed his car into a bridge Tuesday.
Police said Schepp was speeding, and that alcohol did not appear to be involved. There was no indication Schepp tried to avoid the crash, and police said it appeared to be a suicide.- m
