Man suing for arrest after telling Cheney his opinion on war. . .

This has been pretty widely reported, but amid "Masturgate" it's kind of gotten lost:

. . . Howards approached the vice president and told him, "Your policies in Iraq are reprehensible."

And a few minutes later, he found himself in handcuffs.
