Shocked, I say, shocked! (cont.)

Author David Kuo writes in his new book, "Tempting Faith":

". . . some of the nation’s most prominent evangelical leaders were known in the office of presidential political strategist Karl Rove as 'the nuts.'"

See, Karl won't even refer to them as "Nutbag-Americans," as I sensitively do.

The Scanlon memo last year exposed the Rethugs' method of exploiting Nutbag-Americans:

"'The wackos get their information through the Christian right, Christian radio, mail, the internet and telephone trees,' Scanlon wrote in the memo, which was read into the public record at a hearing of the Senate Indian Affairs Committee. 'Simply put, we want to bring out the wackos to vote against something and make sure the rest of the public lets the whole thing slip past them.'"

Anyway, y'all, Olbermann will talk about Kuo and his book again tonight on Countdown. Cool.
