Sen. Harry Reid issues a statement confronting Rethug smears, goes beyond legal requirements for disclosure of transactions:
“Last week, a highly misleading report by the Associated Press implied that I made a profit selling land I no longer owned. That article was wrong. Here are the facts."
Wouldn't Has-Tard issue a statement like this about Masturgate if he could, with a timeline of what he and people around him knew, and when they knew it? But he can't, because it'd show him to be as complicit as hell in the coverup.
BTW, are we gonna have a new Hastert Resignation Pool? Or did anybody guess it'd take this long for the GOP to get a clue and cut the Hindenburg loose before it burns down the whole f*cking hangar?
