• Edwards, in deep hole already, discovers new route to China
• Nation’s top law officer says “Naughty, naughty!” to Goodling and Sampson, ignores Gone-zales role in Rethug gutting of Justice
• ABC and Cokie Roberts belatedly recognize Hawaii as state
