Another top House Republican leaving

Cutting and running: Roy Blunt, the number two (heh) republican in the US House of Representatives, is surrendering his leadership position like a little WATB after his party's election losses.

He will remain in Congress, sulking and making faces at Speaker Pelosi from the safety of the shadows.
