Barney Frank: 'the GOP suffers from a psychological disorder.' And then he got nasty!

After questioning the sanity of Texas Republican John Culberson and other conservatives, the House Financial Services Chairman impugned Culberson’s literacy skills, lack of penis:

“The bill is 5½ pages — even the gentleman from Texas could have read it by now.”

Well, OK, technically it was only his book-readin' abilitude he was dismissing, but still, you know what they say: "short pecker, short attention-span." I'm pretty sure that's the quote.
