Man, this is the dumbest shit I ever saw. No, not the scandinavian-wall-of-sound gag, but the politico page you linked to, in which mouse-pausing over certain words in the article produce an entirely unrelated popup ad.
Pause on "construction", you guessed it, an ad for a contruction company. Pause on "work", an ad for work duds. Pause on "vintage" in the phrase "his approach is in many ways vintage Obama" and you get an ad for Timex wristwatches.
This is so silly, I-- woops, gotta go, I have a sudden desire to add a bedroom to my house, shop for work clothes and buy a wristwatch.
