Free Obama Phones!

HUGE surprise Rush Limpballs is drudging this one up again, the Obama phone doesn't exist. There IS, however, a government program that will provide low-income people with a free or low cost cell phone. It was started in 2008 under George W. Bush.
Hard to believe Limpballs, Drudge and Fox would say something that's not factual.
