On the backs of hard-working, probably soon-to-be-unemployed Americans. The Whore Street Fishwrap is reporting that Cindy McCain, rich heiress trophy wife of John McCain, will be even richer after a "huge payout" from the overseas buyout of Anheuser-Busch.
