What passes for news these days really p!sses me off. I mean, let's face it, the "war on terra" is over. Finished. Kaput. Done. D..E..A..D...dedddd. Sorry, Wolf, but it's just so 2 months ago. The word of the day is Enronomics - I want to know if those sleazy jetsetting corporate crooks going to a) have to sell all or just most of their vacation homes b) escape to the Caymans/Brazil with all their hoarded loot or c) end up in prison, along with their close friends GW and Dick "the Reanimator" Cheney.

Think I'm exaggerating? Here! :

As the facts about Enron’s business practices continue to emerge, it is increasingly clear that Congress and federal agencies share blame for the Enron debacle. In various matters ranging from accounting practices to derivative trading, Enron and its accounting firm Arthur Andersen lobbied for and took advantage of inadequate regulation and oversight by Congress, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC).
