THERE IS A GOD
The Allenwood Federal Correctional Institute welcomed disgraced DINO rep James Traficant Monday afternoon to his new home for the next eight years.

As if his 10 felony convictions and expulsion from the House weren't enough to stifle talk of an improbable re-election to a 10th term, the Justice Department's Bureau of Prison's choice location outside the state of Ohio may have finally put the lid on such hopes.

The Constitution requires three qualifications for elected Representatives: age, citizenship and residency in the state. Traficant now lives in a district represented by Rep. John Peterson (R-Pa.) and, of course, as a convicted felon, can't vote for anyone in either Ohio or Pennsylvania. - From RollCall.
