Members of the Black Helicopter Watch had a topsy-turvy night last night. First came news of the craven, cowardly, self-serving Dick 'Fluffy' Gebhardt doing stupid pet tricks for the Warmongering AWOL Wonderchimp, effectively destroying a bipartisan campaign led by Sen. Joe Biden and Sen. Richard Lugar to restrict Bunnypants' options in attacking Iraq (it also left Senate Majority Leader Tom Daschle hanging from his tutu, isolating him from the congressional leaders who backed the Yellow Puddle of Texas).

The upside was getting to play the world's smallest violin for all the repugs whining and screaming 'rule of law!' over the NJ Supreme Court's decision to give NJ voters a choice in the upcoming election. After what happened in Florida they have absolutely no right or moral authority to hypocritically squawk about 'fair elections.'

The NJ court cited previous rulings that said election law should be broadly interpreted to "allow parties to put their candidates on the ballot, and most importantly, to allow the voters a choice." Allowing the Democrats to replace Torricelli, the justices said, was a move "in favor of a full and fair ballot choice for the voters of New Jersey."

So f*ck you. You know who you are.
