Republicans and ethics??? Ha ha ha ha ha....
Guess who's back in the news!
"Former" White House aide/nursemaid/potty trainer Karen 'mommy' Hughes flew with pathetic, helpless warmonger and deserter pReznit Pinhead to the Azores on Sunday and helped to draft the speech he delivered to the nation Monday night.

She's also been working at the White House this past week, and she's been instrumental in developing the misadministration's plan for a communications strategy during the Iraq war.

Government watchdog groups said the arrangement essentially allows Hughes to serve as White House official without being subject to its ethics rules, such as disclosure of income sources. A decade ago, a similar White House consulting arrangement caused an uproar among congressional republicans, who were infuriated that Democratic National Committee consultants were given access to the 1993 deliberations on President Bill Clinton's first budget and economic plan.
"George Bush should be focused on winning this war and making sure our troops are safe, not on how his partisan campaign hacks are going to score political points in the aftermath," said David Sirota, spokesman for Democrats on the House Appropriations Committee. - link.
