The Bushies rejected new dates for Emperor Snippy's visit to Canada.

'The Prime Minister's Office offered three dates next fall for an Ottawa visit in place of the May 5 date that U.S. president George W. Bush cancelled, and the White House rejected them all, sources said yesterday.

'In Washington, U.S. Secretary of State Colin Powell said Mr. Bush still may visit Canada in the fall, although diplomatic sources say the president is unlikely to come to Ottawa while Jean Chrétien remains Prime Minister.'

Just a day after the announcement that George of the Bungle would not visit Ottawa on May 5 because he was "too busy with the war," the White House said Australian Prime Minister John Howard would visit Moron of Midland at his bogus Texas ranch, the Lazy W, on May 2 and 3. - Yep, the grownups are back in charge. - link.
