Another one bites the dust
After helping the misadministration lie to the American public and the world, and after killing off God only knows how many people in Iraq, Tommy Franks, who ran the military campaign, has decided to retire, Pentagon officials told NBC News on Thursday.
Franks turned down an offer to serve as the Army's chief of staff, said anonymous officials. Among other things, Franks plans to spend some time with his family write a book and hit the speaking circuit.
