France to the Bushies: va te branler
The United States, with about 150,000 troops in Iraq, has asked dozens of countries to contribute soldiers. Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld said last week that the United States "would be happy to have troops from a wide variety of countries, including France." But President Jacques Chirac on Tuesday dismissed any possibility that French forces would be sent to Iraq without a U.N. mandate.
"I am sorry, but the 'Freedom' forces will not be available. And tell le petit merde he can kiss my ass."
