Pattern of Corruption
The case of the bogus uranium purchases wasn't an isolated instance. It was part of a broad pattern of politicized, corrupted intelligence....those who politicized intelligence in order to lead us into war, at the expense of national security, hope to cover their tracks by corrupting the system even further. - Paul Krugman in the NY Times.
Pattern of lies
Defending the decision to go to war with Iraq, serial liar and historical revisionist Smirky the Liar lied again yesterday when he said the decision was made after he gave Saddam Hussein "a chance to allow the inspectors in, and he wouldn't let them in."
Excuse me???????????????????????????
Fratboy f*ckup pReznit Evil's position gets more and more precarious: his own aides acknowledged over the weekend that the CIA raised doubts that Iraq sought to buy uranium from Niger more than four months before his SOTU speech. And his latest assertion that the war began because Iraq did not admit inspectors was such a huge crock of flaming bullsh*t I can't believe his head didn't catch on fire.
