Lying bungler Smirky McGolfcart left his blazing Texas fleapit Monday morning to make an appearance at the site of AZ's Aspen Fire of June and July.
The brush-cuttin' Sagebrush Sh*thead is expected to promote the misleadingly-named Healthy Forests Initiative, which says will reduce wildfire risks by making it easier to cut trees on federal land and harder for environmentalists and others to appeal.
