CNN muzzles Amanpour over "muzzling" statement
CNN news chief Jim Walton had a "private conversation" with star reporter Christiane Amanpour after she accused her own network of being "intimidated" in its coverage of the Iraqi war.
Amanpour "set off shockwaves in the TV world" over the weekend when she said she thought her employer, CNN, was "muzzled" in its war coverage by intimidation by the White House and their neonazi propagandists at Faux Nooze. - - Unfortunately, the link takes you to the NY comPost.

Breach of ethics
Two weeks ago, MSNBC sleazeball Joe "dead intern" Scarborough introduced a guest, attorney Mike Papantonio, to point a finger at the "Rat of the Week." Papantonio slammed a wood-preserving company called Osmose, saying it makes a dangerous product used in playground equipment and has "figured out how to poison our children and make a profit in the meantime."
What Scarborough didn't say is that Papantonio is his law partner, and that their firm has filed a lawsuit against Osmose. Instead, he urged viewers to demand that the government recall the company's product.
"Joe had a brain melt or was eager to move on and didn't say something that should have been said," Phil Griffin, an MSNBC vice president, said. - - WaComPo.
