A federal appeals court agreed today to reconsider its ruling delaying California's Oct. 7 recall election. Arguments in the case were scheduled for Monday at 1 p.m. local time. - - link
Meanwhile, both Lt. Gov. Cruz Bustamante and state Sen. Tom McClintock are threatening to boycott the only debate Arnold Schwarzenegger plans to attend unless organizers switch to an unscripted format.
