WH raises value of Iraq oil repair work
Keeping it in the family - the Bush/Cheney cartel crime family.
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers said on Wednesday it was raising the maximum value of two contracts to repair Iraq's oil industry.
The Army Corps said the value of the work in the southern portion of the country could now go as high as $1.2 billion and the work in the north of Iraq could be as high as $800 million. Previously both contracts had a $500 million maximum value.
Award of the work, replacing a no-competition contract given to Dick 'Chicanery' Cheney's "former" company Halliburton subsidiary Kellogg Brown & Root in March, is expected to occur in the next 30 to 60 days, the Army Corps said.
