The difference between men and monkeys

I saw Bill Clinton on C-SPAN last night. He was speaking at the Kennedy Center. (Some kind of anniversary commemoration? Not sure.) The man is intelligent and coherent. Thoughts and ideas just seem to pour out of his mouth. I felt myself relaxing and letting a certain optimism flow back into my bones.

Then today I watched Shrub's press conference. I want to make it clear that, in my opinion, this is no ordinary monkey. This one talks. Not like a person, of course, but he does it. After his tenth press conference, I think we can all agree on this.

Ralph
Ralph, I hear you. As a type of primate he's not very advanced, though he does show he can be trained in rudimentary skills. After all, even Koko can speak with more intelligence than Snippy the Chimp. And she doesn't need to wear a diaper.
