ORLANDO, Fla. -- An Orange County school avoided a lawsuit Wednesday after school officials agreed to allow a homecoming parade float that replicates the toppling of the Saddam Hussein statute and another that urges students to "Let Jesus Rock Your Night Away."

As if there were any doubt, the Hussein float is being sponsored by the Young Republicans Club. The religious float is being sponsored by the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Any Young Democrats will be cowering in pink tulle and horns, while being led by dog leashes pulled by the Hussein float.
